Payment is collected via invoice. Payments are made in USD. Prices are non-negotiable.
YOU CAN:
Post the watermarked commission on your socials!
Print and laminate your badges however you want.
You can even turn your commissioned art into stickers for yourself!
YOU CAN'T:
Use my art OR your commission in AI training or art generation.
Sell stuff made with my art or your commission without an agreement in place.
Claim my art or the commission as your own work.
NSFW ART:
I do occasionally draw and offer NSFW illustrations. Examples of my adult work can be found on my FurAffinity, as well as prices. The terms here apply to my NSFW, with any additional conditions being posted to FA.
TERMS:
Clients are 18 years of age or older, regardless of the commissions' contents.
Payment must be made before work can be started. For projects over $500, payment plans can be arranged.
I don't use or endorse AI image generation at all. I expect my clients to feel the same and not use my art for that.
Commissions are never to be used for commercial purposes (Don't sell my s**t, dude).
It's the client's responsibility to download and save their art when it's finished.
It's expected for the client to remain polite and respectful during all interactions.
REFUNDS:
In the VERY unlikely chance I don't supply updates or contact to a client for 45 consecutive days, for some insane reason, I will refund the client.
Otherwise, no refunds for completed art.
Backing out of a slot after progress has started will only be given a partial refund.
I can, however, Cancel and refund a commission slot at any point in time.
